We want to thank the Blue Light Card Foundation who have helped previously funded our 10 day online breathing course with  The Power of Breathwork | The Breath Connection | United Kingdom . This ground breaking course is designed to help with anxiety, stress, depression and mental health wellbeing and the sponsorship has allowed us to help officers from 18 different national Police Forces. The Blue Light Card Foundation deliver granting programmes to charities and organisations that support those within the Blue Light community. Established in 2022, the Blue Light Card Foundation was borne out of Blue Light Card, the UK’s largest discount provider for members of the NHS, emergency services and social sector. From wellbeing to working environment, they give back to those who give most.
